Turtle Ridge is Irvine, not Newport. And $600 a foot is craaaazy.

Ha! You think that's bad? I am renting a place on the sand in HB (pending divorce) and the condo next door is less than 600 sq ft and is listed at $950,000 which is over $1500 a sq ft!!

I thought Turtle Ridge is in Newport Coast??? O wells, they are asking about $550/sf which is very high....I wonder what I can sell my 1,850sf condo in Quail Hill (Irvine) for...hummm
