I went to Best Buy, Costco, Gamestop, Target, Walmart, and Circuit City yesterday and none available. An older lady got the last unit at Circuit City as I walked in. F@#k!!

 

i must be an idiot as all my friends have a wii, and i just can't find one. i even went over to the next county this past weekend, still wii-less!!

 

went to my local gamestop today and they still had a couple left.

 

A430v bangs head on the wall...still looking for a Wii. Sold out in the Pasadena, CA area. <sigh>

 

Just like with finding a good woman...the hunt is more fun than the catch. I love it and everything and have had it for 3 days now. But I've probably played the thing for 1 hour so far.

 

I have one, Love Nintendo Sports with the Golf, Tennis etc.

I thought about doing the Seinfeld maneuver (bread) on the old lady at Circuit City for grabbing the last unit.

 

I just got confirmation email from costoco yesterday that my bundle has shipped. I already have one, so the unit is for sale for RETAIL $339.00 + tax they are charging $15.00 to ship to me. Probably will recieve it by the end of the week. First PM takes it. Would rather not ship, in LA area.

BTW it will come with the costco reciept.

called around at lunch. i got really tired of saying.. "excused me, do you have a wii?" after almost ten attempts, target in northridge told me they have nine.

i declared state of emergency at work, got in my car and drove as fast as i can hoping LAPD would understand the urgency.

anyway, there was one left when i ran into the place. the guy smile and said yeah you can have it! after i paid, these three kids ran up and all said, "excuse me, do you ahve a wii?" the guy told them i got the last one as i was walking away. man, i was serious fearful for my life!

anyway, i got wii!!
