Court day was today - took attorney - really was not needed -since I've had no tickets at all on record - pleaded guilty with explanation - PBJ, ticket $$ reduced, court cost and no points.

Interesting - another dude was racing in a school parking lot - pleaded innocent with no good explanation - judge nailed him.

 

^^^Yeah lawyers aren't needed in MD haha. You just gotta act respectable and dress nice. The worst ticket I ever got was 102 in a 55 when I was 16. They didn't give me PBJ but I got a 5-point ticket reduced down to 1. But with the way I drive, I usually prefer a reduction of points over a PBJ. It ends up being less points in the long run.

 

Okay, I give up. What is PBJ?

 

Probation before judgement. Basically if you can go for 6 months without getting pulled over again, you don't get the fine or the points.
