Contractor/Builder in Baltimore??

Guys -

I am looking to add a Garage on my Rowhouse in Baltimore City. I have done some measurements and I am pretty sure I can fit one (others around me have done it too). Nothing extravigant just a 1 car attached, 4 walls and a door - unfinished.

Anyone know a good builder/contrator that may want to take this project on? They would need to know what permits to get and how do do that so building/addition experience in Baltimore would be very helpful.

I have the cash ready to go ASAP...

Thanks for your help.

They are familiar with older buildings and have done some work for us (harco govt.), I think they might be on the pricey side but they seem to know what they are doing. Good luck with the project.

No problem, let me know how it turns out.

Food for thought, build the ceiling high enough so you can get a four post lift in there...that way you can drive the Turbo in, lift it up, and then have a second spot for the DD.
