After the ****-storm in the other thread, lets start a clean one.

Guys, this will be a fun meet and I promise there will be very wide variety of cars and a ton of college-aged women there () so you should all come out and support the cause. All money collected at the gates will goto Martha's Table. We will be asking for 1(or more) non-perishable food item per person as they enter the lot. If you forget to bring an item or prefer not to, we will collect a $1 donation on your way into the lot. All the donations collected from admission, food sales and the 50/50 raffle are going to be donated to Martha’s Table (http://www.marthastable.org).

We are expecting well over 1000 cars this year (of all different types of makes and models).

I am an alumni from the University of Maryland and helped form the club that is organizing the meet, I can tell you that it is legit and has been growing in popularity since its inception a few years ago.

I have already agreed to do the Wounded Veterans meet on the same date. That cause is important to me so I have to pass.

 

I'm also am alumni from the University of Maryland, and was there with Josh when we started this whole thing. There will be a huge variety of cars pretty much ranging from whatever you can think of, and I 've had a blast at each one we've held so far. On top of that all, as Josh mentioned, all that we collect will be going towards charity.
