Info on American Family Insurance

Guys I'm from the NW and I'm looking into American Family Insurance.

They are new to our area and I would like to find out how they take care of the customers claims.

I have a number of high end cars and would like as much info as possible

adhood is infamous around these parts
Never dealt with American Family for an Automotive claim.

But in the past 5 years I've had 2 serious home fires. (I am the caretaker for my 94 year old Aunt, she decided she wanted to fix breakfast)

Each time, American Family was there for me.
On top of that, we are still insured with them. At a reasonable rate at that.

I have my house, life insurance, and two vehicles insured with them.
