I'll be there for a couple of hours, then heading to the annual DC Chapter Lotus picnic in Ellicott City after. In addition to about 40 Lotus of all vintage, always a dozen or so Ferrari, a couple Lambos, some P-Cars, Vettes old and new, Jags old and new, Panteras, Ford GT's, Aston Martin etc. etc.

The guy who hosts the picnic owns the Esprit X180R race cars that dominated the world sports car chamipionships in the early 90s, spanking Vettes and Porsches until the sanctioning body required Lotus to add 400 lbs to the car. He vintage races the cars, and usually has one or two on display at the picnic.

Looks like a good high performance car day all round!

Would like to have gone but they showed up at my house this morning to pour concrete for our new patio. I need to hang around while they do that. Someone take pics!
