I went to this event the year before last and it was pretty fun. You can run your car as many times as you want. If you run a 11.5 or less quarter mile then you have to have a roll cage, fire suite, and 5 point harness. You have to have long pants and I think a long sleeve shirt (maybe just a shirt with sleeves), and possibly a helmet (I will check on the helmet) to run your car.

Its going to be held at Richmond Dragway.

 

Event was ok....not a huge turnout but some cool cars came.....the track ran ok in the beginning but when the sun went down it got pretty slippery. i couldn't keep traction through 1st 2nd or 3rd gears and spun my way down the track for a 12.4 @121mph. No one missed much.

 

Yea it was not a lot of traction,my car wouldnt catch 2nd ,but your car had a great mph at the other end that tells the true story 121 mph,1/4 mile speed thats an 11sec car all day Now we have to take a ride to an tyson corner meet so i can see if the M5 can catch you at 170
