Has anyone here been to Porsche Alexandria (old school Heishman VW/Porsche) recently for service?

My neighbor and friend has bought numerous Pcars from them over the years. He had nothing but good things to say about them up until his most recent car (Cayenne). I don't think he'll be buying another car from them. EVER. This is not a product issue, rather a service one. VERY difficult to deal with now.
