Does anyone know of a shop that will touch up the interior for a reasonable price in the NoVA area?

Being 99, its seen better days. I would like to touch up / paint the steering wheel and few plastic pieces (instrument rings, door ****/handle, buttons, etc.,) in my car. I've read some good DIY treads here, but does anyone know a shop that might provide this service?

I like to get it done right by someone who has done this before instead of my guess work DIY.
