bah! He'd better be there, I spent all of half an hour with some zymol and some quick detailer on my driver's fender just so he wouldn't ***** this time.

Thanks to everyone for coming out ! We had at least 40 cars total...pretty impressive for week 1. It was nice meeting new people and seeing new / different cars. I'll get some pics up soon. Thanks again to those that made it out and hope to see the rest of you soon !

Maple lawn was a big success. It's not nearly as big as Katies but for a first event Ed did really well, we had a good amount of cars out and nice variety...from 2 silver BMW Z8 roadsters to a couple of classic hot rods and a bunch of Euro cars as well...

I'm a pretty blunt person and I'll say it - good opening event some decent people but the stupidity from the corvettes, CTSv and one Z8 owner got under my skin....

Mick...thanks again for coming out. Was nice meeting you. The "displays of speed" caught me off guard as well. That is certainly not what we are looking for as the community is currently rallying around this event and we want to keep it that way.

See everyone Saturday...I'll be coming straight from Summit Point late Friday night, so I'll bring the race car this week.
