Is SPEEDING in Virginia bad news??

VA is pretty bad when it comes to speeding/car enthusiasts. I've been here in NOVA since 96 and pretty much all the counties here go after you if you speed +10/over, unless you have a Detroit built car, which they usually will look the other way.
