Katie's, 09/22/12

A great morning at Katie's, but sad news about the horrible 458 crash on 495. Our thoughts and prayers are with those aboard.

ssong is infamous around these parts
Made it out this past saturday. Can't believe about the 458, and I spoke briefly to the owner as well before he left

Here's what I took while I was there

Katie's, 09/29/12

Very appropriate post, Tonk. If you don't get up early to go to Katie's, you can miss a lot!

Some examples below.

The enormous Ford convertible dwarfed our cars.
A McLaren, down from Philly.
VW of America brought over examples of the Audi S6, S7 & S8.
Have you ever seen a Lamborghini Jarama? We did today.
Chris C. brought his recent purchase.

Katie's, 09/29/12 - Part 2

More from today.

Anna brought her Karmann Ghia, originally owned by her grandmother.
Love that Ghibli!
Assorted Porsches, for your viewing pleasure.

Don't really like the Audis the grilles are too massive...the McLaren MP4 is growing on me... and big congrats to Chris C for a wonderful purchase, '13 GTR, excellent choice Chris!

I agree about the Audi grills, Sunir. The most interesting features were the diamond-stitched sport seats (like sister cars Bentley and Lambo), and the heads-up displays 2 of the cars had. (Sorry -- I didn't get any interior pictures.)

That black 360 CS was playing with my heart in a very inappropriate way.
