Katie's, 03/03/12

The first weekend of March proved my new theory:

Wet roads - light turnout
Rain/snow - even lighter turnout
Clear roads (no salt, not wet) - good turnout; at least 40-50 cars, even in mid-winter.

The exception to the above seems to be: If last week was a wash-out, the subsequent week will bring people out in volume. The 'regulars' don't seem to be able to stay away for two weeks in a row.

This week, the streets were wet when I left home, but it wasn't raining. It rained briefly after 7AM - you can see it in the picture of the 2 Porsches - but it didn't last. It was still a great time, talking cars with like-minded people.

New Here

Anyone planning to show tomorrow?

I'll probably take my chances seeing as it's only a 15 minute drive

Oh, yes... people made it out today. Clear but cold, there were about 100 cars, by my estimate. Lots of interesting cars...

The Big Bentleys

We had two great examples of big Bentleys there yesterday - both got a lot of attention!
