Lol.... Whether the cop was "faking" or not, the driver was totally out of line. I'll be watching the NYPD Seized Autos auction site for a cheap 458 in the near future.

The videographer listed that the 458 was in a valet zone, which would make sense given the clientele. In this instance, it appears the cop was being a little ticket happy and was in the wrong for issuing a citation. That said, trying to shove an ego-maniac cop out of the way with your car is justification for the end result of this video.

Essentially, two stupid people getting their stupid on.

I like how the girl probably got flustered at the concept of having to drive that car. I really sincerely hope the city gets the bills for the damage to the vehicle as well.
