Underdrive pulley question

I just purchased a new set of BBI pullies from Vivid Racing:

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/2...-p-112437.html

I did my research and see that BBIs had an issue with cracking due to their light weight and material they were built from.

Can anybody confirm or deny that the pullies i bought are the updated ones that should be stronger or if they are the same type of pulley that people are having issues with.

We can bench test your stock one and a new one to failure and see which does better. Then you can buy more to replace the ones we destroy. Sound good?

this is actually the best way to answer your question Pat, it may sound crazy but fraggle is right this is technically how it should be tested (BBI probably did something along these lines) ...oh and assuming you'd have an R&D budget of course

I know Fraggle is right. I just don't have an R&D budget!! If I did my whole motor would be pulled out of the car right now so I can see what this motor can and can't take.
