All, I'm trying to have all five tires on a 1952 ****** M38a1 Jeep replaced with Coker Firestone tires, new tubes and rim straps purchased from Tire Rack. To date I can't find anyone in the Annapolis are that still knows how to do this. Everyone says they can so I make an appointment, only to show up and have them tell me they don't have 'anyone who still knows how to do it."

Some 18-wheelers and farm tractors are still using tires with tubes… Any suggestions of where to take my vehicle? Thank you
