It won't change a thing.
What would be better is parents teaching kids early...and drivers ed that is relevant.
Parallel parking...what a joke.

I completely agree.... The most pathetic thing is some states have removed parallel parking from the drivers test.. Why? It is too difficult. To me they should not be driving if they can't park!
