I have a 996 c4, and I'm located in southern IL (Effingham, IL) to be exact.
I'm about a 4 hour drive away. I'm about 90 miles east of St. louis.
I'm pretty young, and this would be my first meet up like this.
What do you think? Should I consider it? or am I stupid for even considering it haha

 

ive been to effingham , you guys have that 100ft cross lol... i wouldnt come the first time , but after it gets rolling... im going to make it a charity event so it means something.... it will be a cruise for cancer..,im working with some charities now to work something out

 

haha yes, we're notorious for that cross apparently. I spent a month in australia for a couple of years ago and ran into a couple different people who knew about effingham just because of the cross.

Anyways, I'll take your advice and hold out on the first one.

Also, I have tons of ipod accessories in inventory from my company that I donate on a local level to different charities - not sure if this could help the event, but if it somehow could, let me know. btw, they're all griffin technology and i have huge amounts.
