Has anyone installed a Big Throat Throttle Body? As I understand it, a pulley, CAI, exhaust, header, ECU and BTTB will combine to yield about 240hp. Is this correct?
That isn't too bad considering the stocker is 165hp!!

 

I have one installed on my Mini. Have not updated the softerware to accomidate though. Pick up is much quicker. Comparable to the pulley upgrade in response. I went with the medium throttle body as opposed to the one Mini Mania which is a much larger bore and has some idle problems.

 

I was looking at the one at Webb Motorsports. Is that the one you have? What is installation like? I did one on my old 280Z many years ago and I recall it being a piece of cake. Same deal here? How much and where did you get it?

 

I have one of Randy's units. 20 minute install start to finish. Very high on the easy-o-meter.

What are your thoughts? Is there a noticeable increase in performance judged by the butt-o-meter?

 

Definite improvement. Butt-o-meter really liked this one and could tell the difference.
