What is a good supsension upgrade for MINI?

Does the JCW kit reduce ride height? OR is it better to go with coilover kits by KONI?

I am going to add a set of Koni yellows, H&R Spring and a rear sway bar before it hits the track.

The JCW kit lowers the car a little under an inch, if you are going for looks it is not the right choice. It is a very nice factory set up and definitly better than the stock setup. Koni Coilovers will let you dial in your wants, just be sure to have it professionally setup and corner balanced.
