just ordered a 2010 clubman S for around town DD. Nothing more fun in town taking kids to soccer, sunday morning coffee runs, etc.

Loving the new Mini. I am logging all the miles and I think the wife has given up trying to get the keys from me. This car is just way to much fun as a economy commuter rig. Totally embarressed a kid in 3 series BMW that was trying to catch and get by me on the way to work this week. In the corners on the highway 30MPH corner on a 4 lane and the MINI blew by on the inside like on rails. BMW boy did not like that at all. He tried and treid to get close as the MINI flows through traffic like a hot knife through butter. I bit latter it opened up and I see BMW boy coming hard with a full run in right lanes wanting by the tiny Mini. I let him get real close and then down shifted and let the turbo do its thing. I gave him every opportunity to get by. I was testing the MINI to see what kind of pull she could get from around 70-80. The BMW's have torq but the MINI just pulled away effortlessly until BMW boy figured out he needed more car and
dropped in line behind me. Makes the commute so much more fun and 30 MPG too.
