Mini Cooper issue with starting

Hi all,

Can someone take a quick look/listen to the vid on YouTube of what happens when i try to start my Mini Cooper 07 plate?

Trying to figure out what is at fault.

Sounds like the starter is grinding the teeth of the flywheel. I would look at the stater , then look at the teeth on the flywheel.
