am trying to install new rear pads on a 03 werks car can't get them to compress any ideas ???

 

go to the nearest harbour freight and get their inexpensive brake tool kit. the MINI rears require that they be rotated as they compress. use the smallest attatchment that comes w/ the kit. others have accomplished the same thing w/ a C-clamp. if the hf kit is on sale, it's only about $20.00. pm me if you have any difficulties. i have this down to about 8 min/side as i swap out pads for track days.
