Nice rides.. the mk1 996 headlights appeal to me more and more as time goes on. Looks good with the older sibling.

 

You know, I'm not the biggest fan of them, but I'm not a big fan of them on the 996 (that's not to say I wouldn't ever get a 996, its still a beautiful car and still a 911 after all). On the 986 I feel like they fit well. A 911 is supposed to have round clean lights. The Boxster was a whole new car, so they could play around and it would still look "like a Boxster." If that makes sense.
I was actually looking for a 986 when I was shopping around because that's the car I wanted from the video game Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed. I've been obsessed with Porsches since playing that game when I was 12 or 13, and the Boxster really stood out for me in that game. Truly and honestly, I never thought I'd be driving one eventually.
