2009 gtr offer price?

The local dealer has a brand new 09 listed for $80.5 k. What should I offer?

It has been there for 3 months.

there are several 2010 on CL and ebay at list so why are they trying to mark up still on the 09's??? A used one on here 09 w/ 5K or so sold for $65 if that helps at all.
