Not trying to be the bearer of bad news, but is this magazine even reputable? It almost sounds like the news I hear online when people say "the dealer told me this..."
Also, I know these numbers were used with the current conversion factor to US dollars, but does any of this include shipping/transportation/export/etc...?? I have no idea what that would add up to, but I doubt it is cheap.
Just another thought and I REALLY hope someone could tell me if there is any truth to this as I'd love to get one for those prices!!!

I still think the biggest issue is going to be the dealerships service depts. Their customer service sucks, at least in my experience. Although I'm still looking forward to seeing them perform on the streets.
the good news is that cars in japan are generally more expensive than they are in the states. so if that's JDM pricing, it bodes well for US pricing. not saying that the US will get the cars cheaper, but its a good baseline to start from, assuming the information is accurate...

All i can say is wow, im a HUGE bimmer head but goddamn m3 what?
Can they bring it over as an Infiniti or at least some new separate brand--NOT A NISSAN please. They are going to lose a lot of customers. Who wants to deal with those baboons (Nissan dealers)?
