hey that place looks VERY familiar - I think a buddy of mine just bought a place there....this is near Stanford right? 
Property in the bay area can't compare to most markets unless you are looking at NY, or certain areas in the east coast or HK....welcome to home ownership, after a few more homes you will be an expert at signing those escrow papers - I can do most of it by memory now.
