Very doubtful as he is Bay area based. You might try contacting him to see if he can make a referral in your area. It's also possible he may not because if his referral turned out not to be his caliber it would blight Luis's name.

He does do fabulous work.

 

Wow, looks fantastic. Maybe I'll give him a call to see if he can fix my back bumper when some parker ran into me. I've been holding off on having the whole bumper repainted.
