No worries at all and welcome to the club... For Audio stuff most of us use Ernie at Sound Innovations although that's in Hayward as well... There's not too much in SF so you'd need to head outside of there a bit but for simple stuff the dealer can also do that too (the aesthetic parts you mentioned).....

Who is good with 928s in the south bay? My mechanic is Santa Cruz won't even touch them, and I have done all of the maintinence on the 928 but don't have time anymore.
