removing rear center brake lite
#2
it should be similar to the instructions for the 996
"To remove the original 3rd brake light, you need to remove the cover on the right side of the lens, rotate the securing pin to the left and then you can remove the light unit."

Remember, rotate the securing pin for only 90 degree. The right side comes out first and them kind of slide the lens to the right to get the left side out. Are you putting led lights on? I did mine with clear/smoke lens (but the leds are red when they come on). If you are putting leds, you need to test it before putting everything back together; the reason is you may need to switch the two power wires.
