Exhaust Shops in Norcal

All,

Need to install a new exhaust system w/o cats on my 997.2TT. Have tried a few and all really don't want to touch it without cats. Any recommendations?

Located in Fremont and prefer Bay Area. Thanks!

Jason

You'll be hard pressed to find a shop unless you somehow convince them it is for race track only.

I'm surprised shops are turning down the work. At the shops I've gone to, they have a clause on the receipt that says the parts installed is for off road use only and the owner takes all responsibility.

Thought this would be standard across shops. They get the business and they aren't liable

Only way most exhaust shops will do a catless install is if you trailer the car home. If they get caught, they can lose their bar license just like smog shops. Might give 034 motorsports a visit.
