SF Bay area sightings thread!
Forgot to mention I saw a white 997 GT3 driving on the GG Bridge southbound a few weeks before that... I was in the opposite fast lane (again not in the 911!), the exhaust note sent chills up my spine.
i drove by around 10pm on my wake to Duke, didnt stop. came back around 11:30 on my way home to say hi to a couple of people.
SR is awesome, but ricer meets are where you find all the barely legals!

-Black 993 vert on Wolfe road in Cupertino. Blonde female driver.
-Dark colored (possibly black) 996 C2S with an aftermarket rear wing exiting 280 to Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino.
Both sightings around 2pm today.

White 997 TT (I think, but it may have been a 996 hard to tell with the tall center wall) but it was white and a wide body and had the slats in the rear bumper and intakes before the rear wheels on 680 south in Walnut Creek at 12:30 today. I also think I saw the same one earlier today (8:00 am) on Bollinger in San Ramon.

Okay,
Ugly Car Alert: Westbound on Ralston Ave. Belmont tonight about 6:15. No plates, just the Carlsen dealer panel in back. 996 Arena Red; Turbo vents at rear quarter panel, but smoked regular tailights. What gives?
After a few mins. of being behind him on the other lane, noticed that this car has: stock 996 wheels. No turbo rear spoiler, just a stock 996 spoiler sticking up for no reason.
It was a plain 996 with turbo rear quarter panels, including the side vents! Stock 996 front nose!
Dude, don't show the car off until the conversion is done!
