Spotted a silver/grey 996 Turbo with fixed wing and looked like black chromed wheels heading north on 101.
I was trying to give the person a thumbs up but instead they cut me off twice. The Second time he speed all the way up to me on the slow lane then cut me inches away from the car ahead of me. Looked as if he was trying to show off. Not cool.

sounds like Rated///M, but i don't think he would cut people off like that

I actually do not remember driving on 101! I am rarely in that area.. What car were you in? I might've thought you were one of the people that tried to catch up to me and give me the bird, so I decided to speed off.
