^ Ha agreed to Mike's post... But on a more "serious" note... Anyone plan on going out this Friday in Philly. It will probably be my last weekend up here until I make the move to NYC. Which by the way was a disaster searching for apartments.

Just throwing this out to see if there might be a contact that might be able to help a friend.
A friend of mine who is at Drexel is interested in doing a co-op in commercial real-estate, if you aren't familiar w/ the co-op program at Drexel feel free to pm me and I'll fill you in....just short notes...it's a 6 month paid internship...more details upon request.
I will personally vouch for this guy, he is very smart and very focused and motivated and I would love to help him out if possible.
