Fight speeding ticket in PA?

Hey all,

Got a speeding ticket last week (77 in 55 on Route 309) and was wondering what I should do.
-if i pled guilty, it would give me 4 points, plus 2 others I have makes 6, so I'd have to pass a test to have 2 points removed. Plus, I'm sure my insurance won't be too pleased.
-if i pled not guilty, I'd be hoping to make a deal where I wouldn't get as many points added to the record, keeping me below 6. I was fairly sure I was doing no more than 70, but I'm not sure how to prove that. Also, I wouldn't know how to approach the officer about reducing the charge.

I have to decide guilty or not in two days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Always fight tickets. With how much insurance is nowadays it is worth paying a little bit extra in other fines or court costs to avoid getting points.

Just go in and be realistic when you talk to the prosecutor, just let them know you realize your screwed up and won't do it again. Talk to them about the costs of an insurance jump as a result and ask them if they can work with you on it.
