We are looking to add onto our team and hire an experienced sales / service writer to help out up front at Elite Motorsports.

Candidate must be a self-starter that takes initiative, stays on task with minimal supervision, is an enthusiast, pays attention to detail, is a team player (including taking written and oral direction), outgoing with a great attitude and a sense of humor, and is environmentally and safety conscience. Must be able to manage time and work under pressure and with deadlines.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Being the liaison between customers and technicians / company
-Manage customer relationships *Return customer calls same day or at-least within 24 hours
-Schedule work *Write up estimates *Create invoices
-Effectively communicate and explain work to customers from start to finish
-Effectively communicate with technicians and management

Candidate must meet the following criteria in order to be considered for the position:
-21 years of age or older *High School diploma/GED equivalent (minimum)
-Clean & valid driver’s license *Ability to drive manual transmission
-Able to work Saturdays *Computer literate
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Minimum of 1 year service writing, sales and customer service experience
-Automotive parts and labor knowledge (aftermarket performance knowledge a plus)
-Professional references required
-Must pass background check and drug test

Hours:
Monday through Saturday – 9:00am to 6:00pm
