Add on the garage. No extras will you get back on your car. Money spent at home increases the value. make it 40x80 so I can keep a few cars and a motorhome though.

Can't do 80ft, it's just to big, & will take up the whole back yard. 40ft is about the max, & will be a comfortable 3 car garage with a little extra.

The down side is the one quote we have now is just about $50k, with out finishing the inside, & no electrical! We want to spend about half that.

I do not look at increasing the cost of the cars, it's just what I like to do, & it give me joy. I lost about $70k on my last car, & don't feel like I was ripped off, it had about 200 track days under it's belt.

 

lol! MTK.... drink lots of water, cranberry juice, and soak youself in some bleach. take an aspirin and post to us in the morning.

Buy the neighbors house. That frees up lots of space. I now have room for a pool as well. Should be done by April/May
Doesn't seem that bad with cost of goods these days. Do stackers and you'll double the car capacity. I'll have room for 8 inside when I'm done.

You need to add a "Detail Shop" to your x-mas list for all the toys. Your 09 Camaro, will it be the convertible in wht w/blk stripes?

 

haven't been able to order yet. no sheets on the car. if convertibles available either White w/ Black stripes or Black with White strips. Yes I am very predictable but white is easier to keep clean.
