Best place in Seattle for rolling fenders?

Time has come to throw 255's in the rear. What shop around here does a good job with light fender rolling and no paint cracking? Sure there are never any guarantee's, but I want to know who my best bet is to get the job done right.

How much do you want to spend? They offer BMWCCA discounts, ask for Jeff or Zac & tell them Mike sent you.

The "Best" would be Haury's Collision on Lake city way, but it's not going to be cheap, but it will be done right.

I'm not a member and will not be a member of BMW CCA, Haury's is a few miles down the road from me though, I'll give them a call.

Haury's put my Cay back together after I hit a huge piece of retread throwoff. $10k worth. They did a fantastic job. I could tell you of other work they've done for me, too, but that might indicate that I am not such a good driver. It's bad luck, I tell ya...

I know where you can borrow a fender roller for a case of beer. I used it on my old 540 when I put 275s on.

You might not want to do it on your E36. I have seen many a first timers & some shops give fender flares rather then rolling them, & you can also crack the paint.

If you crack the paint, it will be more then $80 to fix. Just an FYI.

I'm aware.

But if it's Kenny (mutual friend of Matt's and mine) he's a professional painter that did work on Matt's 540 and I would trust him with my car.

Haury's think I'm going to have to flare my fenders when I only need about 3mm of space to clear and I can get a whole centimeter out of my rolling my fenders

I sort of want to have it done professionally, I'd be pissed if I cracked my own paint.

Thanks Jag's.

Traction is now my *****!

Took about 2 hours to do it right, cleaned out the inner lip from all of the dirt it's accumulated over the years.

Kept them nice and warm with a heat gun and went away.

I also cut some of the fender lining away as you suggested.

Thanks again buddy!
