Actually I am completely loving this steering wheel. Car just feels better in my hands now. Not a big fan of the 365mm bus-sized but too skinny OEM sport wheel.

Next up - some proper R compounds for track/auto-x enjoyment.

I'm intentionally keeping the mods to a minimum because I want to be able to buy Vincent's GT3 after he gets a 997 GT2.

We'll see how it goes - I've got to try a PCA auto-x just to say I've done one.

Personally I like the WWSCC events but right now the 997 is a lousy auto-x ride. Way too much understeer on small, tight courses. S2000 is actually quicker <ducks>

 

it okay jeff, it's all about the fun! we'll have fun just hanging out, video'ing each other, taking pics, and the social aspect!

try out both cars! i'm stealing todd's this year just to try out the 996 verses mine. i figure, the more variety i can drive, the better driver i can become. =)
