i think i'll send myself some flowers. hahaah!

todd as usual, works. but, i'll make dinner. i think king crab legs. =) he's never been big on the "hallmark card day" but as a girl, i used to love it. i don't expect anything, but if i get something, i'm happy. when he comes home from work...i make dinner. i hope the thought will be returned.

also...our one year wedding anniversery is on feb 6th, and my bday is on the 20th. while i certainly don't expect anything for each day.....i hope do something combined for them maybe.

I'm with all that thing its a Hallmark Holiday and Bandon Dunes was built on it. So to screw the card companies bring her to Hallmark show her the card you would have bought her and put it back. There $5 saved.

I don't feel sorry for Vince with the 12 females working for him. He hired them.

Jags you poor bastard 5 sisters. When did you get to say anything at home

see..i have dated ALOT of people over the years. The girls I find demanding about something as silly as valentines day is wanting WAY too much in general and usually after things that she cannot get on her on. Now I am not to say that you should not doing something special, but I do not feel I need to feed into the day.

and if she is mad you didn't do anything for her on that day, maybe that is because you NEVER do anything for her on any other day.

I did a quick search and came across this thread. Rather than making a whole new topic I figured I would keep this one going from last year.

I rarely get out and eat up in seattle so I'm a total newb when it comes to places up there. Mara isn't really too picky but she's a sap for romance and I like to take her somewhere nice. The original plan was to take her on the dinner train but apparently that stopped running while I was deployed so I wanted to take some suggestions from the pro's. Btw she will be around 7months preggo at the time so I'd like a place that's not too crazy.

Thanks
RB

IMO the most romantic & best place to eat in Seattle is Canlis Restaurant.

I really like Perche' No in Greenlake. The best Italian food around, and a romantic atmosphere.
