I got one answer but I'm sure there is more than one situation where only one plate is issued .................... drum roll .................. Classic Car plate and you don't need to buy tabs either, ever!
BTW, I told a Cop friend about only being issued one plate and she called BS on me until I convinced her to radio "dispatch" to look it up

X my fingers, neither todd or i have been pulled over for it...........yet.
we have our LEM plates...thank you pj for the idea! maybe it will help. i just carry the extra plate in my trunk just in case. hehe!
