woo hoooooo! what a good day it turned out to be! i ran my best time ever! i think it was the rocky 4 music i had playing. it was very inspirational. hehe!

the day didn't start out so good though. i saw a little squirrel get run over by the car in front of me and i pulled over to see if he was okay, and he was very squished. it was quite sad. i scooped him up and put him in the ditch with a daisy. =)
