Aftermath: Road trip to end all road trips!
This Merkur XR4Ti did a scary job keeping up with us in the twisties

Early morning "Norcal" caravan

Blue masking tape seemed to be the rage this year

Classic BMWs

Even a YELLOW 850

Porsches were there in force too

997TTs everywhere

J and I separated from the caravan to make a visit at Hearst Castle but not before stopping in Big Sur for some yummy quiche

Early morning's mist

More stunning scenery

I really liked this color on this M3

Which looks better?

Or this?

I think these were almost as big as mine

I thought this M3 was very tastefully done

A new idea to evade the cops?

My car sans one tailight

Dining room

One of the funny sights I saw on the way home

Finally making it back to Washington after a long stint through Oregon nonstop

And for those of you that were wondering about whether I really drove home without a tailight. No, I didn't want to risk it so when I stopped for gas in Crescent City, CA I managed to find a temporary metric screw to hold the tailight
into place for the trip home. I just picked her up earlier today after all repairs and checkups were made and she's resting in my garage now. I hope to upload some more videos soon.

James,
Ironically, I had one..but didn't have it on the lens. Go figure...thanks for the suggestion though. I'll try to use it next time. I used 4 different cameras on this trip alone.

After a long trip like that, I'd probably say the hell with it too and just shoot.....
