Its about time!! I hope they start putting those keep right except to pass signs. Lots of sections of 405 are only 2 lanes + HOV so you're really screwed if someone is just being completely oblivious to traffic and going slower than the guys to their right.

 

i like it there and i'm not getting out of that lane.

you guys can pass me anytime on the right hand side.
