EpoxyGuard has anyone tried it?
The shop is expanding, and we're adding an additional suite to our facility. While this transformation is taking place we're having the floors thuroughly cleaned, then painting. We are looking for a tough floor paint that will not flake-up, is stable with cars running over it constantly, and also will hold up to harsh chemical like Lacquer Thinner, and other solvents. I also need to be able to drive old British cars into the shop, and I don't want their leaking oil to cause a problem.
Here is a link to the EpoxyGuard from Costco. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product...&Ne=4000000&eC at=BC|3960|21277|21278&N=4008218&Mo=3&pos=1&No=0&N r=P_CatalogName:BC&cat=21278&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignD esc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&ec=BC-EC22577-Cat21277&topnav=
Thanks,

I'd look in to the Griot's product. Apparently its what they have on their warehouse & shop floors and its held up to that. They probably have at least part of their workshop setup like that in their Tacoma store.

I've used another brand of the same thing in 4 garages I have owned. Prep is the biggest issue, then you got to have a few days to clean, paint, then let it dry.
If you want to check it out, I have a "kit" in my garage right now, that's been sitting there for over a year to get into my current garage.
IMHO, it's totally worth it, much better light, easier to see falling crap, & easier to keep clean. I never had a problem with it, even putting hot R-compound tires on it.

If I ever get around to cleaning out my garage enough to do the prep work I would use the Griots products. Just head good things about em.
