anyone who has done an air combat "training" session knows immediately that these guys are the real heroes. best $1500 I ever spent was on one of these sessions in a jet trainer. when my eyes whited out during one of the initial climbs I realized that these guys experienced 2-3X this stress, in a pressurized suit to keep the blood flowing to their heads during their missions. it was an absolute BLAST and gunning down the Cessna pilot that I flew against was the highlight of the day. I was EXTREMELY happy to be back on the ground and drive the Porsche when I was done. these guys are the real deal.

 

That sounds like fun! My GF and I did a biplane acrobatics flight down in Napa, can't imagine what it's like in a jet. Do you have a link?

 

let's not go overboard... he does drive a Jetta...
