RIP Seattle PI
I guess losing the PI might help the Seattle Times survive in the long run, but it's very sad losing the PI (at least in newsprint form) after 146 years of reporting news in the PNW. Looking through the PI's online photo archive gives you a sense of just how long the paper has been around.

I liked the Seattle PI a bit better then the Times. 146 years is a long time for a newspaper company.

We dropped it years ago because it seemed like there were more ads than news. I agree though, sad to see it die. Times are changing.
