Beer - What do you drink?
#18
I'm recently getting over my foreign beer habit and have found that the US produces some of the best beer in the world. If anyone likes Pale Ale try Real Ale, its a Texas thing but is great.

Beer is a drink derived from barleys and stuff. Not that potato stuff you down with your cornflakes
I like wine more then the beers but if I choose I drink the light crap
Pacifico w/ a lime makes the hot days on my deck nice (Corona if that's not available)
The only tap beer I will drink is Buttface Amber from "The Ram" (Taps aren't cleaned enough at bars so the horrible insects growing on the end of them give me headaches)
Windmer Hefeweizen is also not so bad as long as it's in the bottle

V this summer bring some of that Kvass down to my deck we'll try it after wakeboarding. I'll introduce you to a grape made drink started in Europe but perfected in Red Mountain Washington State Even Napa Ca does it better than those French and Italians

Hoegaarden... fill my tub and get in with a straw
my calgon taking me away
stopped buying Bud products when they sold out...
Not really a fancy beer guy unless it is Hoegaarden
And Guiness.. I love Guiness -- from the tap with bugs etc...

Mostly British beers. Newcastle is a regular favorite for it's touch of honey taste. For American Beer it's Sam Adams only. I've also been enjoying some odd beers I picked up at Bellevue Wholefoods: Wychwood's Hobgoblin, Scarecrow Golden Pale, and Wychcraft Blonde.
