This weekends is slightly different. We're all meeting at 8:30 or slightly earlier, then we have a police escort up to Salish lodge for Breakfast with Lamborghini Management. I don't think we'll be there long on Saturday, unless you come out early.

Wow! I know I'm asking a lot, but is there any chance I could hitch a ride with someone to the event from my house, then to the lunch event, and back? I'll pretty much be taking photos the entire time.

Yeah I can pay, but I don't know if anyone can take me. I would have to know for sure, 100%! that someone can take me there and back before paying, or else I'd be a sad, floating duck with $60 less in the wallet

I think few of the photographers on the board also have the Canon 5D Mark II. It seems like a lot of people have recently been switching over from Nikon to Canon, why is that?

 

I just got my 5D2 last week and shot my first wedding with it on Saturday. I love it. I've been a canon guy all along though.

 

Good to hear that there's quite a few Canon users here. It sounds like you do photography for a living, Hot Shot. Mind teaching me a few things at a meet or something?

 

Just part time and mostly wedding and studio portrait work. From the looks of your photos, you seem to have it down pretty well....
